Really great to work with, she has a way of making you feel comfortable. I was pretty nervous my first shoot but that disappeared quickly. Home studio is set up very nicely! She works hard to get every angle possible and is great at directing you how to pose. Crazy talented and creative! Editing skills are amazing as well! My husband and I hired Catch Your Fire Photography for our spring wedding. We had previously worked with them for our superhero photoshoot (Captain Marvel & Captain America) and decided that we loved the outcome and hired them for our big day. This husband and wife team work great together to catch various angles and perceptions from gender differences in order to snag some amazing photos. After the wedding, the photos were processed in a small amount of time. They are very professional and even during the event, socialized with family and other guest. Graciously offered to do maternity pictures for me that turned out absolutely amazing! Carolyn and Ceelyn were very profession and friendly during the whole shoot, and was willing to work with whatever I needed/wanted during our time. I’m so happy they were the ones to help me save the most precious memories of my pregnancy and I will most definitely use them again for any pictures I need! 11/10 definitely recommend ☺️
Adding that I had my second maternity shoot done by Carolyn as well and again have been blown away by how comfortable the environment was, with the props and backdrops you can’t even tell it was in a house! Plenty of space for everything and I can guarantee you won’t regret the session or results!

Carolyn did an AMAZING JOB with our family photos. We opted for her largest family photo session and were NOT disappointed. We wanted someone who could capture a colorful fun time. We had paint, smoke bombs, and ~500 balloons in one of our living rooms. She was able to help with my sons melt downs during the paint fight. She was extremely patient and understanding during those moments. We had a few hours allotted for our session and she captured ALL of the moments so quickly and beautifully. I love her ability to capture all the vibrant paint colors in our photos. She didn’t use some standard filter for all of them. She even managed to capture a photo of our corgi and golden retriever. These are STUNNING photos that will remind of us a fun memory for a LIFETIME. Worth every penny. She has great communication skills and professionalism. (For context, I put out a ‘this is what I’d like to do in the ‘What’s happening in Huntsville’ FB group and found her that way.) Turn around time on the photos was much quicker than expected as well. HIGHLY recommend.
